APC - Alternative PHP Cache by default in Ubuntu

Idea Storm : Include APC in ubuntu by default when php is installed It will be included by default in php6 so we need to act now with php5.x too .

Performance increases and resource usage is decreased (cpu/load) so is the best for servers and admins
