So I got my brand new mini 9 w/ ubuntu, 512 ram. I am all set to stick w/ ubuntu on my mini since I've been a fan since Feisty.

Well I throw in my new G.Skill 2 gig stick and lo and behold - 884mb available. WTF? Dell changed the kernel to only allow for 1gig because otherwise they couldn't sell it w/ XP.**** M$, **** DELL.Now I have a project.
