Dell teams with Red Hat on open source

Dell is to begin selling its PE2970 system aimed at midrange companies looking for low cost web and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) applications.

The Opteron-powered system will include JBoss Application Server and Hibernation Framework, have Red hat enterprise preinstalled, along with Apache and MySQL.
