Desktop Widgets in KDE 4.2 will Auto-adapt to Panel Size

Plasma desktop always had the concept of "formfactor": in brief different areas where Plasmoids can reside have different behaviours.

Plasmoids in panel can grow only in the vertical or horizontal direction. In KDE 4.2: when a panel is resized, Plasmoids switch between icon+popup and the complete plasmoid in the panel.
