This IDC study examines the performance and market share of vendors in the PC microprocessor market during the calendar year 2007.

IDC released its Q4CY07 Worldwide Server Tracker this morning. According to the results, Sun continues to show momentum in the server market, holding the #1 position in UNIX shipments.

For the calendar year 2007, Sun held the #3 position in total server factory revenue (statistically tied with Dell).
