Egroupware Alternative to Hotmail

Beastiemail (from Cambridge IT Consultants) is an alternative to Hotmail, yahoo or gmail. Based on the Unix app Egroupware, it offers a unix beased alternative to other free mail services, but with quite a few extra bits of functionality, such as a file manager and an Adressbook that you can add pictures to.

Worth a look I would say.


 

Fedora 10 Release Pushed Back

Fedora 10 Alpha was delivered in early August and remains the latest development release for this upcoming Cambridge release (aside from those tracking Fedora Rawhide).

The next release, Fedora 10 Beta, was previously delayed and was supposed to make it out the door yesterday.

However, that didn't happen.


 

No Mono in Fedora 10 (“Cambridge”) Live CD

ono was spotted in Fedora 8, but we noticed it was absent from the Fedora 9 Live CD. It happened around the time that Fedora said no to Moonlight, which itself depends on Mono.
