If Ubuntu announced that a radically new theme would be included in Ubuntu 9.04, would you believe them?

After promising exactly that in 8.04 and again in 8.10 without ever delivering, I would not.

Through a series of mis-steps and undelivered promises, Ubuntu has lost much of its credibility. Noticed that the new theme that was supposed to arrive in 8.04 still has not come?
