Windows developers can now port Visual Basic applications to Linux without modifying their code , using an open source project backed by Novell.

HP 2133: $549, April 7th. EeePC Killer?

As rumored the HP 2133 will feature VIA processors coming in at a respectable 1.2 GHz and 1.6 GHz, along with 120GB HDs, 1GB RAM and a 1280 x 768 8.9″ display.

All models feature Windows Vista in a somewhat surprising move considering the specs, except for the $549 model which features SuSE Linux Enterprise Desktop.
