Enigma 2 Image for the Kathrein UFS 910

The AAF team collaborated with the Ducktales team to release the 1st USB bootable Enigma 2 Image for the HDTV satellite receiver, the Kathrein UFS 910.

There are 2 All in One packages released with a modified Barry Allen Image, so you can load a modified Enigma 2 Image, from USB.


 

UFS 910 1.06 Firmware released

Kathrein has released their new 1.06 firmware for their Linux based HDTV satellite-receiver; the UFS 910. This firmware contains some (HDMI) fixes & new features, like Russian language & network parameter settings.


 

Enigma 2 on the Kathrein UFS 910!

It looked like a hoax in the past, but now it's finally true, you can now run Enigma 2 on the Kathrein UFS 910 HDTV satellite receiver!

Team Ducktales did release their proof of concept Image. Enigma 2 is a framework for Linux receivers & is the default interface for several Dreambox receivers, like the DM800.


 

Picmod 1.51 Image released

Dutch team Picmod have released their 2nd Image for the Linux based Kathrein UFS 910 HDTV Satellite Receiver.

This Image is based on the original 1.05 Image from Kathrein. Features: Samba, Ipkg install (webif), Ip config selectable by red button, Keyupdater & Crontab.


 

Kathrein UFS 910 1.05 Firmware released

Today Kathrein has released their long awaited 1.05 firmware for the Linux based HDTV Satellite receiver, the UFS 910.

This firmware release fixes various bugs & introduces some new features, like filesystem management for external Hard drives.

More news about the upcoming Linux based HDTV Satellite receiver of Dream Multimedia; the Dreambox DM 800 PVR.

It should be released in April. Probably at the 1st of April :-) At about 450 Euros, according to the press release.
