Low-cost ARM9 SBC supports Linux

Glomation announced an ARM9-powered single-board computer (SBC) that runs Linux and costs just $69 in volume. The GESBC-9260 (pictured) measures 3.75 x 3.5 inches, sports Atmel's 200MHz AT91SAM9260, and targets "highly connected image processing applications" such as Ethernet-based IP cameras, and bar code readers, says Glomation.

MSC Vertriebs has announced a COM (computer-on-module) targeting image processing or automation. The COM Express-format CXB-CD9455 module has Intel's Celeron M or Core Duo processors, five PCI Express x1 expansion lanes, an onboard TPM (trusted platform module), dual SATA ports, and eight USB ports, says MSC.
