And now what you have all been waiting for... Dann's Ass. As you probably know, Dann from TLLTS drove up together and had a great time talking tech and trying to keep eachother awake.

Dann is a great guy. Funny thing though, when you get him drunk, he does interesting things, like well, show his butt.

Negroponte Not Seeking Replacement, OLPC XO to Run Windows in 60...

Laptop Magazine is reporting two interesting things about the OLPC.

The first is that contrary to other reports, Nicholas Negroponte is not looking to "replace" himself, but is looking for a CEO for the company.

The second is that Windows XP will be available for the XO soon. "'Microsoft and OLPC are in discussion on how to release it, as well as how to announce,' he said.

There are some interesting things going on Instant Messaging land these days. There is potentially going to be a shift from closed proprietary networks to ones built on an open standard called Jabber (aka XMPP, Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol).
