I deleted /etc/vfstab, how to recover it

Something bad could happen if you delete /etc/vfstab by mistake and you do not have a backup, the system would not find the required partitions to boot, they are: root (/), /usr, and /var.

Comcast has blamed Ubuntu Linux for my speed issues and they were wrong. Comcast has blamed my cable modem for my speed issues and they were wrong again.

Question is Comcast now to reimburse me for the cable modem I didn’t need or at least the gas to get a refund on it?
