I just found an article at Digg.com about GMail finally working in the Google Chrome test shell: "Google’s Chrome now works on Linux, crudely".

This doesn’t mean the release of a Linux version is coming near, before the actual program works, a lot of work needs to be done.A deception after Linux support has been promised happens more often.

Why?
