Vista vs Linux - has the penguin got the power?

Topix - Linux  Thu, 09/04/2008 - 23:55

I so dearly want to. You sanctimonious piece of trash."

When is open source just throwing it all away?

Digg Linux/Unix upcoming  Mon, 08/25/2008 - 11:46

It has become a common sight. A market develops. A leader emerges. Then the laggards say “we’re open source.” It’s beginning to look like the throwing of a bad poker hand.

Regain lost space hidden in trash on external disks

MacOSXHints.com  Thu, 07/03/2008 - 09:30

MacOSXHints.com  Wed, 05/21/2008 - 09:30

Leopard sometimes can be a little reluctant to eject disks and disk images in the Finder.

It doesn't matter if you click the Eject button in the Finder's sidebar, drag the disk to the Trash, or right-click and choose Eject, the Finder just silently ignores you.

You can open Disk Utilty though and eject it fine that way (unless there are files open on the image, of course).
