Open-source lab for local, state governments debuts in N.Y.

If you want local and state government officials to take a serious look at open-source software, then take the open-source software to those government officials.That's the idea behind the New York City Open Source Solutions Lab, which is debuting tomorrow to show how open-source software can help local and state government agencies in New York
