Remote upgrade of a RedHat 9 server into Fedora Core X

I've had a RH9 collocated server sitting 1000 miles for a few years now. I thought all hope was lost in actually having decent RPM support in the future.

BUT...I was ecstatic to find this easy guide to REMOTELY update RH9 to ANY Fedora Core distro! Digg this up so other people can easily find this awesome guide!
