Surveying the Debian community

As a Debian developer I have on occasion felt a bit out of touch with doing things with Debian and out of touch with other users.

Partially as a result of those feelings and partially because I thought it would be an interesting thing to do, I started to prepare a couple of simple surveys early this year.
