 <description>&lt;p&gt;I have moved from Gutsy Gibbon to Hardy Heron and suddenly found that my sound output was distorted. Temporarily, reducing the volume of PCM and then increasing it was the solution I followed, as I was busy with pimping Hardy Heron.&lt;/p&gt;
