Unix Shell Provider gets Anonymous Mystery Payment

The FreeBSD based IRC shell provider, Reverse.net, recently received an anonymous payment for $180 with no name attached to it.

Rather that just keep the cash, they decided to appeal to the public with the scanned letter and money order in an effort to find the owner.Is this possibly the world's most honest IRC Shell provider?
